“As the Marketing Operations Manager at Coincover, you will own the marketing tech stack, attribution modeling, and reporting for all demand generating marketing activities. You have a passion for creative problem solving and you use data and analytics to make decisions. You will work closely with Business Development and Sales Operations team and Product Management to connect data points through the prospect and customer journey via our various marketing & sales systems. You will own Marketing’s funnel metrics from across all of our channels (digital, events, SEO, direct marketing etc.) and work to enable the demand engine. This role requires a strong understanding of all marketing automation (Pardot) & CRM systems (Salesforce); data and analytics for reporting purposes; lead attribution, routing & scoring. You will work closely with the rest of the Demand Generation team to connect the dots throughout the funnel to showcase Marketing’s incremental value of its programs.
Responsible for all marketing attribution, reporting & business-driven KPIs
Oversee all of the marketing tech stack, integrations, and ensuring that they connect to one another to demonstrate incremental value for the business
Refine our funnel and processes around lead management, routing by defining clear cross-functional SLAs
5+ years of experience in marketing operations
Deep knowledge of the marketing tech stack, metrics & analytics, SQL
Expertise in SQL, Google Analytics and any other data, analytics experience for marketing.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, BI, data science, product, and digital teams
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A strong communicator, energetic and willing attitude.
