“We are looking for a marketing leader with a deep understanding of cryptocurrency, DeFi, and the ability to work with a cohesive and tight-knit team. You will work directly with Notional’s co-founders and build a high-impact go-to-market strategy that maximizes brand awareness and user acquisition. This full-time role requires you to have a broad skillset covering the following topics: What You Will Do: Manage and run growth-strategies for social media and community channels–Twitter, Discord, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram Develop engaging, brand-aligned content to be published on channels such as blog, newsletter, support articles, and social channels Ensure full management and measurement of community and social channels using leading tools like Buffer, Google Analytics, etc. Prepare long-form content and press releases with media partners to publish content in publications Evolve owned digital channels (e.g., website, search, social) leveraging new technologies and strategies to drive engagement Collaborate closely with engineering and business development teams to generate interesting and engaging content for external stakeholders (e.g., tutorials, thought leadership, co-marketing announcements) Drive testing, reporting, optimization, and analysis on channel performance to identify KPIs and benchmarks that will inform new growth strategies Be highly attentive to detail to ensure maximum quality of output What You Will Bring 2+ years of digital marketing experience at a high-growth organization Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Buffer, and major social media platforms Experience in financial services, fintech, or a complementary industry is strongly preferred Experience in building digital marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned channels Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adapts to changing situations and requirements Highly passionate about blockchain and cryptocurrencies is a plus Creative experience with Photoshop and ad copy skills is a plus Location: Remote, Company: Notional Finance,
