Support will be in English. Full time. 8hours a day, 40 hours a week. Prefer somebody who can be flexible to do some night shift.
We are looking for Customer Support Specialist to provide support to our valued users with excellent quality, fast response time and accurate information.
Support is via ticketing system and a livechat and will include but not limited to customer queries, complaints, and identification approval process. No phone calls.
Our team is building a Crypto Derivatives Trading Exchange. Customer Support is extremely important to us.
Handle back office tickets, and provide online enquiries and email replies services to customers.
Handle customer enquiries, advices and suggestions via email or online tools.
Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advices, and provide feedback in the form of documentation.
Help the team with work about BD, Marketing, etc
fluency in English. Candidates must hold relevant language level certificate.
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry.
Outstanding new graduates are also welcomed to apply.
High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation.
Passionate for customer service industry
Experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or trading is preferred.
