“Business Development
● Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients
● Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
● Develop new opportunities and improving sales/partnerships through various methods
● Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
● Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
● Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
Build and manage community
● Manage the company’s communities, manage social media
● Ensure the company’s projects are well represented on a continuous basis across all channels and forums
● Grow github activities by engaging with developers’ communities on technical workshops
Manage online and offline events
● Plan and coordinate community related events such as seminars and workshops
● Attend and or speak at community related events
● Identifying potential clients, business partners, employees and provide report of events to team
Management Support
● Hire, train and manage staff as needed
● Support Director of Business Development
Required Skills:
● Self starter with the ability to function in a demanding environment
● Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
● University degree with business or sales focus
● Ability to lead and train a team
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and non-technical concepts clearly in both local language and English.
● Strong sales, social skills and connections to blockchain communities
● Knowledge of social media marketing and event planning
● Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements
