Main part of your role will be to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications. Responsibilities: • Growing our social following through various strategies • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness • Monitoring our social media accounts and responding to questions and concerns • To be the first point of contact for online fans and followers, thus developing an intimate relationship with the online community • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies • Coordinate with Marketing PR teams to ensure brand consistency and providing insights about industry, competitors, and relevant topics found online • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists • Stay up to date with digital technology trends and Researching to keep an up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitors Requirements: • Proven work experience as a community manager • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter) • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills • Hands on experience with social media management for brands • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels • Attention to detail and ability to multitask • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related fields Location: New York, NY, Company: ,
